Mies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
We accept retuns within 14 days of you receving your order. All charges will be refunded to your original form of payment excluding shipping.
Credit card refunds can take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement once we have received the product.
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 5-10 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Mies is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
